Requirements:

Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus

Responsibilities:

Install custom closet and storage systems according to design specifications and installation plans.
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, blueprints, and installation documents.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation challenges in the field.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Follow all company installation procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.

Please note this role is based in the tri-county area and serves the surrounding areas. Daily work locations vary based on customer and project needs.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
