We're hiring an Installation Tech to work alongside our Lead Installer, supporting the execution of custom closet and home organization projects in clients' homes. This isn't just a helper role, it's a front-row in a skilled trade, working with someone who takes craftsmanship and exceeding client expectations seriously and will expect the same from you.
What this actually looks like day-to-day: You'll assist with in-home installations of custom closet and home storage systems, reading designs, handling materials, operating tools, and keeping the job site clean, organized, and moving efficiently. The Lead sets the standard; your job is to match it and help the team deliver a finished space the client is genuinely thrilled with.

You're likely the right fit if you: Have some experience with carpentry, cabinetry, or hands-on installation work, can read a design schematic, handle physical demands comfortably, and genuinely care about leaving a client's home looking better than when you arrived.

Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
- Experience with closet installation a big plus
Responsibilities:
- Work with Lead to install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
