Up Closets of Central Houston, a leading provider of custom closet solutions, is seeking a skilled in-home sales rep and closet design consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each of our client's unique needs.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of prior experience in selling residential in-home services
  • Ability to travel to prescheduled appointments, within your assigned territory and in your own vehicle (gas allowance on first months)
  • A proven work ethic, with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for sales and with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or working during weekends (when needed)
  • Desired experience in closet design or a design related field
  • All candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of construction materials and techniques is desired
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a MUST
Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients at their homes to understand their storage needs and preferences
  • Design custom closet systems using our 3D software (training will be provided)
  • Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems
  • Be confident with sales, and open to continue learning sales and design techniques 
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure an accurate and efficient installation
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation processes
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
