Up Closets, a leading provider of custom closet solutions is seeking a skilled closet installer to join our team working 25-35 hours per week. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in carpentry, finish work, cabinetry, or similar trade preferred
Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, levels, saws, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in various environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities:

Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
