Up Closets Of Memphis, a leading provider of custom closet solutions is seeking an entry level closet installer to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about organization and being part of a successful growing team.

Requirements:

Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
Experience with custom carpentry and finish trim carpentry a plus

Responsibilities:

Support all operations related to planning, preparation, setup and execution of installation closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service

Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
